We are working to create a website that can be a valuable resource for our residents. We have added a online payments, documents and resources for homeowners, and a number of other helpful tools and resources. We hope to continue to expand our website to better serve our community. 

 Due to rising costs of necessary maintenance and services, Deerwood II annual dues for 2022 have increased to $250. The board is continually reviewing expenses and we strive to maintain both a high standard of upkeep and maintenance, as well keeping dues in line with expenses for our community.
